Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Bogner simplifies the return process by offering free returns.
We will accept all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached for exchange or refund. Defective merchandise does not include damages due to natural wear, improper usage, or improper care. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the return and exchange form indicating the reason for your return. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment less any shipping and handling fees. Please allow 8-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
You can print a free return label from the comfort of your home. We recommend using the "UPS Returns Portal" to expedite the return process.
What steps do you need to follow?
- Click on the button "To UPS Returns Portal". You will be redirected to an external UPS page.
- Fill out the UPS form and click on "Process Shipment".
- On the next page, view and print the return label.
- Place the return label in a UPS Shipping Pouch or affix the label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.
- Take the package to any UPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup with UPS.
- The return label is only valid for your current Bogner return.
- Purchases made at any Bogner franchise store or business partners cannot be returned to the listed return address for Bogner website purchases.
- Bogner does not accept returns from outside of the United States. If merchandise is returned from outside of the U.S. customs and duty fees will be charged.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the general return instructions and call customer service to place a new order. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped via standard delivery 5-7 business days for no extra charge.
