Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Bogner simplifies the return process by offering free returns. We will accept all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached for exchange or refund. Defective merchandise does not include damages due to natural wear, improper usage, or improper care. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by the return and exchange form indicating the reason for your return. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment less any shipping and handling fees. Please allow 8-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Steps you need to follow
- If you received a free return label with your purchase; place the label on the outside of the package and take to any Federal Express drop-off location.
- If you did not receive a free return label, please login to https://www.ups.com, enter the tracking number for your order, click the Return This Package button.
- The return label is only valid for your current Bogner return.
- Purchases made at any Bogner franchise store or business partners cannot be returned using this process, it is strictly for Bogner.com website purchases only.
- Bogner does not accept returns from outside of the United States. If merchandise is returned from outside of the U.S. customs and duty fees will be charged.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the general return instructions and call customer service to place a new order. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped via standard delivery 5-7 business days for no extra charge.
