Willy Bogner was a successful German skier and two-time German Olympic ski team member. He studied business administration in Munich and Vienna. In 1972, Willy Bogner joined his parents’ company, BOGNER, following in the professional career of his father, Willy Bogner senior. After his father’s death (1977), he successfully took over the company. BOGNER Sport, BOGNER Woman, BOGNER Man and FIRE+ICE were developed under his leadership. In addition to his success as a fashion entrepreneur, Willy Bogner also made a name for himself internationally as a photographer and filmmaker.

In 2019, Willy Bogner retired from daily business and appointed Arndt Geiwitz as trustee to continue to represent his interests in the BOGNER company.

GERRIT SCHNEIDER

Gerrit Schneider started her professional career at General Electric. Previously, she studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and at the Bocconi in Milan. Gerrit Schneider was most recently CFO at GE Aviation Division GE Additive. In the course of her 20-year career, Gerrit Schneider has filled positions in short and long-cycle industry segments in the US, Europe and Asia as well as in the Commercial Finance Sector & Investor Relations.

Since March 2019, Gerrit Schneider has been a member of the board at BOGNER. Today, as co-CEO, she is responsible for the finance, legal, IT, operations and human resources departments.

HEINZ HACKL

Heinz Hackl studied business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and completed a MBA program at Insead, Fontainebleau. After finishing his studies, Heinz Hackl was brand manager at Cadbury Beverages in the US followed by a strategy consultant position at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). This was followed by further positions as Managing Director at Marc O'Polo and as CEO at Joop! In March 2008, he became CEO and partner at René Lezard, where he significantly contributed to the development of the brand over a period of ten years.

Since March 2018, Heinz Hackl has been a member of the board at BOGNER. Today, as co-CEO, he is responsible for the areas of sales, design, marketing and licences.
