All about returning
Shipping amounts to 4.95 EUR per order for each order with an order value under 250 EUR. There is no shipping fee for orders with an order value of 250 EUR or more (minus optional returns). In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Bogner simplifies the return process by including free return shipping.
You can print a free return label from the comfort of your home. We recommend using the "DHL Returns Portal" to expedite the return process.
What steps do you need to follow?
- Click on the button "To DHL Returns Portal". You will be redirected to an external DHL page.
- Fill out the DHL form and click on "Next".
- On the next page, print the return label by clicking on "Open and Print PDF".
- Stick the return label on your parcel and bring it to the next post office or packing station.
Please note: The return label is only valid for your current Bogner return.
