1 My Account <
What is "My Account"?
The function "My Account" is your own personal space at the Bogner Online Shop. You may register at any time free of charge, without any obligation to purchase items. Manage your personal data and view recent purchases here.
How do I register at the Bogner Online Shop?
Creating an account is simple: just register while placing your order. After entering your address you will be offered the possibility of creating an account. Your registration is finished as soon as your login data is processed. Alternatively, you may navigate to the top right section of the website and click on "My Account" to register.
Do I need to register to shop at the Bogner Online Shop?
No, it is not necessary to create an account to shop at the Bogner Online Shop. However, registration has many advantages, like quick and easy ordering each time you use the site and being able to track all previous orders.
Where can I modify my address?
After login into "My Account" go to "Address Book" to change your address. Click on "Change Invoice Address" or "Change Delivery Address" and enter your new address data.
How can I recover my account password?
If you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter the email address you registered with us. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password right away.
2 Orders & Delivery <
Which countries do you deliver to?
At this time, deliveries are made in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States. In the near future, we will also deliver to further countries. Please note: an order placed at the Dutch Bogner Shop may only be delivered in the Netherlands. Please make sure you are ordering in the respective country shop. Navigate to the top left corner to view which country shop you are currently in.
What can I do if the Bogner Online Shop is not displayed properly? (i.e. pictures are distorted, navigation pointers are missing)
Most display issues may be resolved by updating your internet browser. Perform a free update on your respective browser website (Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox).
Can I place my order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer you this service at the time.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping amounts to 4.95 EUR per order for each order with an order value under 250 EUR. There is no shipping fee for orders with an order value of 250 EUR or more (minus optional returns). We ship with our partner DHL. Depending on the country, DHL works with the following delivery partners:

Will I be charged more than one shipping fee if my order is sent in multiple parcels?
In the event your order is sent in multiple parcels, you will still only be charged one shipping fee.
What payment methods can I use at the Bogner Online Shop?
Shopping at the Bogner Online Shop is safe and easy! Choose from the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal and iDEAL. We reserve the right to exclude certain terms of payment in specific cases.
When will my purchase be charged?
Your account will be debited right away if you choose to pay with iDEAL. If you opted for payment with a credit card of PayPal, you will charged upon shipment of your order.
What is your delivery time?
Items in stock are delivered within three to five business days after you placed your order (DHL). If you order an article with no immediate availability, you can view the estimated delivery date in your shopping cart or in your order confirmation email.
How can I check the delivery?
As soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping number and a link to track your order. Check your spam folder if you did not receive an email. You can also find your shipping number and the link to track your order by going to "My Account" and clicking on "Orders".
For customers living in France – What is the meaning of the Triman symbol?
A product displaying this symbol means that it is recyclable, collected separately and subject to extended producer responsibility in France.

1. Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
3D SECURE and what it means (Verified by VISA, MasterCard® SecureCode™ and SafeKey by American Express)
To make your credit card payment on the internet even more secure, BOGNER uses the internationally recognized security standard 3D Secure (Verified by VISA, MasterCard® SecureCode™ and SafeKey by American Express). 3D Secure significantly reduces the risk of credit card fraud by making it more difficult for unauthorized third parties to misuse credit cards. When using 3D Secure, your credit card data is protected by an additional password, which enables particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the internet through special encryption procedures. A misuse of your credit card is thus almost impossible.
If your credit card provider has adopted this procedure, you will be asked to authenticate yourself as the legal card holder using an additional password when you make your purchase. You will be asked for your password only after you have selected your credit card as payment method and entered your credit card details. Once you have confirmed your order by “Buy now”, you will first be informed about 3D Secure. Then you will be forwarded to a secure page of your credit card institute. Here you will be asked to enter your password. After you have entered your password, it will be verified within a few seconds to verify your identity. The transaction is only approved afterwards. If you do not have a password yet, you can register directly and free of charge with your bank while you are still placing your order. You may alternatively choose another payment method. The password you entered during registration is only known to you and your bank and will be asked for again for every new order.
2. Payment by PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.L. & Cie., S.C.A. To use this form of payment, you need a PayPal account. With PayPal, you can easily pay by entering your email address and password. Your PayPal account will then be charged the amount of your order.
4 Returns & Refunds <
Can I return an article?
If an article doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 business days from the date of receipt.
Are returns free of charge?
Yes, you may return items free of charge.
How do I return an article?
Simply print your return label from the comfort of your home. Find more information at bogner.com/returns. We suggest you return articles in the original Bogner Online Shop packaging to prevent transportation damages.
How can I exchange an article?
At this time we do not accept online exchange requests. Please process a return and place a new order.
How do I receive a refund when returning articles?
Refunds are made when your returns are received by our warehouse. Your account will be credited with the respective amount.
5 Coupons <
How do I use a coupon?
All coupons must be entered in the field "Coupon Code" in your shopping cart. Please check the validity and the conditions of use of your coupons, as sometimes they can only be used once, cannot be combined or cannot be used on reduced articles.
Can I purchase gift cards at the Bogner Online Shop?
For the moment there are no gift cards available for purchase at the Bogner Online Shop.
Can I use a coupon code at a Bogner store?
Most coupon codes are also valid in our Bogner stores. Please refer to the coupon's redemption conditions.

How do I register for the Bogner Newsletter?
Stay ahead of everyone else and sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and the latest news. Simply navigate to the top/bottom right of the website and click on "Newsletter", then enter your email address. Alternatively, you may enter the section "My Account" and sign up for the newsletter there. After signing up, we will send an email with a confirmation link.
How do I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?
If you do not wish to receive news from Bogner anymore, you may unsuscribe anytime by clicking on the unsuscribe link in the newsletter. Alternatively, enter the section "My Account", navigate to the newsletter page and unsuscribe there.
